A Reminder From: Globus Electric Inc.

Are Doctors Better Diagnosticians Than Electricians?
Just as an illness is detrimental to your health, an electrical problem is detrimental to your business.
When you are sick, you call your doctor for an appointment.
If he is not fully booked, you see him the day you call.
If he is very busy, you will be asked to come in on a less busy day.
When you have an electrical problem, you call your electrical contractor to come over.
If he is not fully booked, you can see him the day you call.
If he is very busy, you will be asked to wait for a less busy day.
This is where the similarity ends.
When you are ill, you go to your doctor; your doctor doesn't come to you.
Your doctor will ask you what your problem is and where it hurts.
There will be a series of questions from your doctor and answers from you.
Your doctor will use deductive reasoning to connect his realization of the symptoms of your discomfort with a known ailment.
Your doctor will then prescribe some type of medication meant to mask the reality of your symptoms and bring you relief.
You will be asked to come back in two weeks to see how you are doing.
You will then go to the receptionist and pay your bill before you leave his office.
Next stop is the pharmacy to pick up your medication; you pay for this also at this time.
Not feeling better, you go back to your doctor two weeks later.
He guesses a second time what your illness might be, prescribes different medication, you pay him again and leave.
Again, you pick up your medication from the pharmacy and pay for this also.
If you're not feeling better, two weeks later this same cycle starts again.
Now consider your electrical problem.
You call your electrical contractor.
He comes to you driving his $100,000 investment in vehicle and supplies to your place of business.
You explain that you have no electricity.
He has no one or anything to ask where it hurts and get an answer to direct him where to look.
He must meticulously trace from the apparent fault back to the source until he locates the problem.
Your electrician, after locating the fault, will repair exactly what caused you to loose your electric.
He will test his work and your equipment to make sure that all is working well.
You will sign a receipt that he was there and he will leave.
At the end of the month, you will be invoiced for the job he did possibly thirty days ago.
You will also receive a guarantee that your problem will not be caused by this fault again, for a year.
Now imagine if your electrician was like your doctor.
After he finishes what he believes is the cause, he collects his money and leaves.
He tells you that if the problem isn't completely fixed, call back in two weeks.
He comes back in two weeks, fixes the problem again and you pay him again.
Two weeks later, the cycle starts again.
Considering these two situations, would you be as unhappy with your doctor as you would be with your electrician?
You're ready to make the commitment for better safety and protection, so why wait?
