When Gary Katelus at PEPCO decided to upgrade his facilities, he decided the best choice for an electrical contractor was Globus Electric Inc. PEPCO needed to know that their extrusion operation would not be interrupted during this upgrade period. To date, they have not lost any work days to power shut downs. However, there will be about a four hour cut-off when PSE&G comes to tie in the new feeder to their transformers.

This job includes a 2000 Amp 480 Volt service. (Part of the PSE&G requirement was the installation of a man hole to facilitate the primary feed pull.)
The service enters the switch gear through the bottom.
There are 9 distribution panels to handle equipment and lighting.
The motor control gear is for existing as well as new equipment.
As you can see, the work we do is also plumb and level.
